By using FoodEnough, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

FoodEnough is an AI-powered food tracking application that helps users log meals, track nutrition, and manage weight goals.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

4. Subscription & Payments

• FoodEnough offers free and premium tiers
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings

5. AI-Powered Features

• Nutritional estimates from AI (text, photo, coaching) are approximate and should not replace professional medical or dietary advice
• AI accuracy may vary; always verify critical nutritional information
• FoodEnough is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition

6. Health Data

• Health integrations (Apple Health, Health Connect) are optional
• You control what data is shared and can revoke access at any time

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of your food logs, photos, and personal data
• You grant FoodEnough a limited license to process your content for service operation (AI analysis, storage, display)

8. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not reverse engineer or scrape the application

9. Limitation of Liability

• FoodEnough is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for nutritional accuracy of AI estimates
• We are not responsible for health outcomes based on app recommendations
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
